When will you ship my order?

We strive to provide a seamless and efficient order processing experience for our customers. Once you place an order with us, we aim to process it within 1 to 3 business days. 

When will I receive my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse our standard delivery time is 5-10  working days . Please note -orders to J&K, military addresses; rural domestic addresses and North India require two or more additional days to deliver. We work with all leading logistics partners in India to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your order. You can track your order at anytime with the provided tracking details in your email.

International shipping:-

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse our standard delivery time is 5-15  working days (Depending on the order size and country)

Shelf Life & Storage

Here are some shelf life pointers for all our products:

                Shelf Life Duration:

    • Dry Fruits & Nuts: 6 months from date of mfg
    • Chocolates: 4 months from date of mfg
    • Mukhwas: 4-6 months from date of mfg
    • Instant Drink mixes: 12 months from date of mfg
    • Organic Honeys: 18 months from date of mfg
    • Check the product packaging for the best before or expiration date for specific guidance.

                 Storage Instructions:

    • Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat sources to maintain freshness.
    • Keep the products in their original packaging or an airtight container to preserve flavor and prevent contamination.
    • Store Dry fruits & Nuts in an air tight jar once pouch is opened.

    • Our honey products (like Tulsi Infused Honey, Ginger Infused Honey, Saffron Infused Honey, and Smoked Cinnamon Infused Honey) have a long shelf life due to honey's natural preservative properties.
